Holding Deposit Agreement

You quickly gain native bee pollination, wonderful easy pets, future delicious sugarbag honey, all with no stings attached

This agreement allows a breeding stock of my native bees to be placed under your care, on your property, in a shaded position, must not be moved, and be accessible to me.

I receive from you a $400 holding deposit to provide a breeding stock hive of native bees on your property that remains mine.

I fit it where we both agree is a suitable position. My breeding hive will have a secondary empty hive box fitted, both joined together on a support post with roofs.

In due season, when the secondary hive box becomes mature, the $400 holding deposit becomes the purchase price as you claim ownership of the secondary hive. (About a year)

After separating and positioning your new colony, I fit another empty hive box to my breeding hive, and another empty hive box to your new colony.

Next season (2^nd year) those mature colony's become mine and (3rd year) the next two become yours, free. All will contain honey pots.

Sharing this way adds no extra cost to you, as I will visit your property, provide and fit all of the boxes, nectar pot accessories, posts and roofs.

Repeating this process between Redrock and Toormina gives me fun and financial assistance too distribute more perfect native pollination, gain great forage scope, meet like minded people, to have thrilling pets with no billing vets, savour delectable nectar, all with no stings attached.

Native Bee Sharing Agreement

This agreement allows your native bees (breeding stock) to remain under your care, on your property, in a shaded position, must not be moved, and be accessible to me for breeding stock purposes.

A secondary empty hive box fitted at your hives location will mature into breeding stock, easy to manage in the future.

 In due season when your native bee colony fills the new box, sometimes marked by confused swarming, identifying its own mated Queen, I then claim ownership (1^st year) and fit another empty hive box to your breeding stock hive, and then next season (2^nd year) that mature colony becomes yours containing a complementary nectarpot. I fit it where we both agree is a suitable position.

At that point you will be encouraged to have both of your breeding stock hives repeat the process, 1^st colony for me, 2^nd colony for you, free.    All will contain nectarpots at no extra cost to you as I will visit your property, provide and fit all of the boxes, nectar pot accessories, posts and roofs.

I gain financially by having paying clients who do not have bees, sign a deposit agreement where I share with them in gradually gaining bees in exchange for providing them future quality bees and boxes, so I can afford to repeat this process with them on their property, and extend the agreement to others needing bees.
